Newly retired couple, mid 50’s, sold and gave away everything for an RV adventure of a lifetime! Eventually we’ll settle on buying land between South Carolina and Pennsylvania near the grandbabies. Living out our dreams loving family and breathing in the fresh air! But until then, We have family all over the world! Not everyone has Facebook/photo/text capabilities and it’s very hard to keep everyone updated on happenings, so screw it! Welcome to GNOME ON THE ROAM! The story behind the name…. my 1st little sister MJ, (I have 4 sisters, one older 3 younger) sent me a Gnome for my birthday 
I love gnomes and had a whole collection when we own our home in Wexford PA. I kept one gnome to take with us. One day I noticed, our gnome was in different place than it was the day before, so I laughed and said “We don’t have an “Elf on the Shelf” we have a Gnome” lololol… Robert was the witty clever man who thought of “Gnome on the Roam” aaaannndd that’s the…rest of the story”……. 
Robert is a retired Master Plumber/HVAC/Backflow specialist and disabled army veteran. He is Italian and Czechoslovakian, He looks like a cross between Sylvester Stallone and Al Pacino, he is quiet, smart as hell, handsome and my best friend, he is 5 days older then me and my twin, only difference is I am loud and out there, he a is quiet and hidden force who will surprise you with witty, snappy, smartass humor. He seems stand-offish but hahaha he is a keeper! You gotta watch out for those quiet ones! I am Nichole, aka blog writer, Nikkie, Mom, Honey, Yes Dear, Yum, and Tutu Retired Restaurant GM, Mother of 4 grown children, heart adopted mother of many others, grandmother of 4 under the age of 5 I am originally from the Island of Oahu in Hawaii. Married twice, 2nd marriage was my soul mate, and we met online playing spades on microsoft gaming zone in late 90s. I traveled from CA to meet him in person, fell in love and have been together since 1997, married since 1998. I am a loud, out going, funny as shit, beautiful, chunky ball of ADHD and mental screws lose in a great way. I am fucking awesome, you know it, don’t deny my awesome personality power! I’m blunt, honest, and have a potty mouth, I can get ugly but honestly who likes looking at an angry face in the mirror? So my motto is “Choose your attitude everyday” and I choose to be happy and carefree! (BUT I am far from a pushover, if I let something go, it’s not worth a battle, but if it is, I will stand and fight. I don’t like drama, life is too precious to deal with dramatic bullshit. So stay away from me with that shit. If I feel like you’re going down that rabbit hole, I will tell you. I don’t want to hear it. Yes it seems bitchy, but you guys know me, I’m a happy bitch So enjoy our adventures and crazy stories as we travel around and reconnect with family friends and the unknown together!
